As a boutique brand, we’re returning to the fundamentals of hospitality with a creative twist on breakfast, food that our guests want to eat. We say this with some humor but we can’t think of any select service brand that has customers walking in off the street trying to buy food, that is a problem. We will serve food that people crave, and stand in line for.
Upon arrival, enjoy convenient grab-and-go meals for your room or experience our lively lobby, complete with sliders, craft beer, fresh salads, and house-made ice cream sandwiches. In the morning, wake up to the aroma of freshly ground coffee, handmade biscuits, scratch-made cinnamon rolls, and more—delivering a breakfast experience you won’t find anywhere else.
Dough and Company, our sister brand will do a few things exceptionally well that we can scale for delivery. We will be famous for sourdough, pretzel rolls, scratch-made biscuits, and pizza. Food that people talk about…… We will create a menu of unique sliders that guests won’t find anywhere else with simple sides and salads to round out the menu. Food is not an afterthought here, it will be the star of the show drive rate..
